Dean Wentworth is the right recipe for the Three Legged Cross, he has a passion for food and a desire to satisfy his customer. Deans training ground started at Catering Options, he then went on to work as Sous Chef and then Head Chef. With a gold medal for presentation at Aramark, a gold medal in the Eastbourne Food Culiner and Regional Finalist at Gordon Ramsay Scholarship, his training is complete. With confidence he has moved away from chain restaurants to put his stamp down with his own menus.
